Somudai ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we keep it safe.
We collect only your email address when you sign up to be notified about our launch. We also store the date and time of sign-up.
We do not collect your name, location, IP address, or any other personal data through this form.
Your email is collected solely to notify you when Somudai launches. We will not send marketing emails, newsletters, or any unrelated communication without your explicit consent.
Email addresses are stored in a secured MongoDB database hosted on MongoDB Atlas. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised team members only.
We do not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party, advertiser, or partner — ever.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP) 2023, the EU GDPR, and other applicable laws, you have the right to:
— Access the data we hold about you
— Delete your email from our database at any time
— Withdraw consent at any time
To exercise any of these rights, email us at privacy@somudai.com and we will respond within 7 days.
We will keep your email until Somudai launches. After launch, we will migrate it to our app's user notification system or delete it — you'll be informed beforehand.
If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our sign-up form after changes constitutes acceptance.
